The Lodge at Clear Creek is a working mountain restaurant first, and that's exactly why our weddings here will feel different. Chef Kevin Hildebrandt runs a seed-oil-free kitchen: beef tallow, extra virgin olive oil, nothing else. We will host weddings the way we host everything else: great food, good drinks, and a table full of people who matter to you.
